RAMSEY, NJ- The Senior Breakfast (10/21) was a joyous occasion for the seniors and their respective families. It is a time where the seniors sit down and have breakfast with their parents or guardians . The event celebrates all the Seniors’ hard work and dedication over the last four years. After the breakfast, the seniors were rewarded with the day off to spend with their families.
Senior, Matthew Loos ‘23, said, “I really appreciate all the administration has done for us, and I love the breakfast!” The breakfast served was eggs and bacon. Attendees also had a choice of hash browns, bagels, and muffins as a side to the meal. Apple juice, coffee, and orange juice were the three beverages they could eat with their breakfast. The administration really did a nice job of displaying everything and made the breakfast very accessible to all.
For any of the underclassmen, this day is set aside for you to enjoy a good breakfast with your families. It is a day to put all your academic worries aside and just focus on being with your loved ones. You can expect to have the day off, as you are already missing your first three periods because of the breakfast itself. Bundle up though, as any future breakfasts will most likely continue to take place in the winter months where the weather is absolutely frigid.
Senior Grant Berberian ‘23, called it, “a nice gesture from the administration, just a little cold, but otherwise a very joyous occasion to be with your loved ones.” I’m sure anyone can attest to that statement as it was indeed, “a little cold”.
Overall, expect cold weather, but also expect to have a wonderful time with your family members, a good breakfast, and a free day off to spend with the rest of your family. The event was truly something to remember.
